The LESSEE shall be <br /> responsible for the following: <br /> A. The LESSEE shall hire, train, and oversee the <br /> operators and attendants who will be assigned <br /> to drive the leased vehicles. <br /> B. Such operators hired to operate the leased <br /> coaches shall be properly licensed and must <br /> meet all applicable regulations for a coach <br /> operator. <br /> C. The LESSEE shall notify the LESSOR of the <br /> exact times and the dates that the vehicles <br /> will be needed. If there is any change in <br /> such times and dates, the LESSEE shall give <br /> the LESSOR at least 24 hours advance notice <br /> except in the case of emergency weather <br /> conditions. <br /> D. The LESSEE's drivers shall report any mechan- <br /> ical problems with the leased coaches to the <br /> maintenance department of the Decatur Public <br /> Transit System within 4 hours of the occur- <br /> rence. <br /> E. The LESSEE shall report any accidents involv- <br /> ing the leased vehicle or any damage to the <br /> vehicle by passengers or others to the <br />
