furnish the name and identity and resume of each <br /> employee to the City. <br /> 25) In addition to the reimbursement elsewhere provided for <br /> in the Agreement between the City and Operator, City <br /> shall also pay a fee to Operator for operation, manage- <br /> ment and supervision services. Such payments shall be <br /> made in twelve monthly installments on or before the <br /> 15th day of each month. City shall also pay the actual <br /> traveling and reasonable per diem expenses of consul- <br /> tants providing the requested assistance set out in <br /> Paragraph 3 hereof. <br /> 26) It shall be the responsibility of the Operator to pay <br /> without reimbursement by City for moving expenses of <br /> the Resident Manager, as well as his training costs and <br /> any expense associated with attending major conferenc- <br /> es, such as the annual meeting of the American Public <br /> Transit Association. <br /> 27) In the event the City becomes a party to a grant <br /> contract with the Urban Mass Transportation Administra- <br /> tion, the Operator shall have the obligations and <br /> duties of the contractor specified in such provisions. <br /> 28) The Operator shall permit the authorized representa- <br /> tives of the U. S. Department of Transportation, the <br /> Comptroller General of the United States, the Illinois <br /> Department of Transportation and the City to have the <br /> right of access to and inspection of all books and <br /> records of Operator at any and all reasonable times in <br /> order to verify and ascertain operating revenues and <br /> expenses incurred in the operation and maintenance of <br /> the transit system. Such books and records of Operator <br /> at the Decatur office and the home office of Operator <br /> shall be available at each respective location for <br /> inspection by City or other parties referenced herein. <br /> 29) The Operator shall agree to comply with the provisions <br /> of the Illinois Human Rights Commission regarding Equal <br /> Employment Opportunities. <br /> 30) The Operator shall cooperate with the project sponsor <br /> in meeting his commitments and goals with regard to the <br /> maximum utilization of minority business enterprises <br /> and will use its best efforts to insure that minority <br /> business enterprises shall have the maximum practicable <br /> opportunity to compete for subcontract work under the <br /> Agreement with the City. I <br /> I <br /> 31) Operator shall obtain City approval of any Resident ', <br /> Manager assigned to Decatur. Likewise, City approval 'i <br /> shall be required before Operator replaces or transfers <br /> any Resident Manager assigned to Decatur. <br />
