• Page 4 <br /> J. Provide all necessary personnel to perform the services <br /> specified herein. <br /> 3 . Equal Employment Opportunity. The attached "Exhibit A, <br /> Equal Opportunity Clause," required by the Illinois Human Rights <br /> Commission as a material term of all public contracts shall be <br /> made a part hereof and the aforesaid ROGERS ADJUSTMENT SERVICE <br /> shall agree to comply with the provisions set forth in said <br /> �EXtI].b].t A.n <br /> 4 . Access to Records. The SERVICE AGENT shall permit the <br /> authorized representatives of the U. S. Department of Transporta- <br /> tion, the Comptroller General of the United States, the Illinois <br /> Department of Transportation and the City to have the right of <br /> access to and inspection of any and all records at reasonable <br /> times to verify and ascertain claims, payments, and reserves <br /> under the self-insurance program. <br /> 5 . Standard Provisions for Federal Grant Recipients. The <br /> CITY is a recipient of federal funds for operation of the Decatur <br /> Public Transit system; therefore, the provisions required by the <br /> U. S. Department of Transportation which are set out in Exhibit B <br /> shall become and be a part of this Agreement and the aforesaid <br /> ROGERS ADJUSTMENT SERVICE shall have the obligations and duties <br /> of the contractor specified in such provisions. <br />
