Agreement, the Operator shall obtain any other insurance <br /> coverage which is customarily maintained by the transit <br /> industry with respect to similar transit operations. <br /> 17 . All insurance policies shall by their terms or by <br /> specific endorsement designate the City and Operator as <br /> co-insureds. City shall reimburse Operator for the premium <br /> or other expense to Operator arising from the furnishing by <br /> Operator of the bonds and contracts of insurance required by <br /> this Agreement. <br /> 18 . Zf certain types of contracts of insurance are not <br /> required to be obtained by Operator pursuant to paragraph 14 <br /> hereof, then for those risks not covered by such contracts <br /> the City shall, at City' s own expense, defend all suits that <br /> may be brought against Operator on account of, or in connec- <br /> tion with, or by reason of any damage or injury to life, <br /> limb or property connected with, growing out of or caused by <br /> any act or omission to act of Operator or any employee of <br /> Operator in or about the operation of said facilities <br /> hereunder and shall save and keep harmless the Operator from <br /> any and all damages, judgments, costs and expenses of every <br /> kind that may arise or result by reason of the negligence of <br /> Operator or the employees of Operator by reason of, growing <br /> out of, or connected with the operation of said facilities <br /> and the carrying out of the terms and provisions of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 8 <br />
