� Tee-branches or wye-branches shall be closed by means of a disc or stopper cemented in <br /> place, and shall be provided and set along the sewers, being located in front of abutting properties <br /> so as to serve such properties with sewage facilities. <br /> City standard manholes are to be provided at the location and depth as shown in "Exhibit <br /> 2" and as specified in "Exhibit 3". <br /> All roadways shall be restored by thorough compaction of all trench material, grading of <br /> all depressions and bumps and the application of cover and seal coats as specified. <br /> SECTION 6: The said sanitary sewer system shall be constructed in its entirety in strict <br /> accordance with the said "Exhibit 2" and also in strict accordance with the detailed specifications <br /> marked "Exhibit 3" attached hereto and made a part hereofby reference. <br /> SECTION 7: The several parts of this Ordinance, the Exhibits, and the specifications shall <br /> be taken and construed together to explain each other and make the whole consistent. <br /> SECTION 8: The grades for said sewer shall be according to the grades and elevations <br /> set forth on the profiles, plans, drawings, and E�ibits hereto attached, all elevations being <br /> computed to the datum established by the United States geological survey. The detailed plans <br /> marked "Exhibit 2" have references thereon as to elevations, including basement elevations. <br /> SECTION 9: That the cost of said improvement, including construction costs, <br /> engineering costs for planning, construction supervision, and resident inspection, court costs, <br /> attorney's fees, the cost of spreading the Assessment Roll, right-of-way costs and all other <br /> expenses, shall be paid for by special assessment upon the property benefited as provided by law, <br /> and that the estimated cost of said improvement, certified over the signature of the president of <br />
