(c) That the City of Decatur's participation in constructing <br /> watermains, sanitary sewer, and temporary vehicular access for said <br /> development shall not exceed the dollar amount set forth on Exhibit <br /> "B" (Hickory Point Apartments South Offsite Improvement <br /> Summary)which is hereto attached and made a part hereof; <br /> (d) That no vehicular or construction equipment access to <br /> the subject site shall be pernutted from Crescent Drive during or <br /> after development; <br /> (e) That the storm sewer system, including storm water <br /> detention areas, within the development shall be privately owned <br /> and maintained; <br /> (� That the sanitary sewer system, including the lift station <br /> within the proposed development shall be privately owned and <br /> maintained; and, <br /> (g) That prior to issuance of any building permits, complete <br /> construction drawings including but not limited to watermains, fire <br /> hydrants, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, storm detention areas, off <br /> street parking, fencing; landscaping and screening be submitted to <br /> and approved by the Director of Public Works and Director of <br /> Community Development for the City of Decatur. <br /> Section 4.
