Chapter 25 <br /> such work is subject to all other requirements of <br /> applicable Code or ordinance. <br /> (3) to any corporation, partnership, municipal <br /> corporation, or other public or private entity <br /> installing, altering or servicing electrical equipment <br /> owned by such entity, in the course of normal or <br /> emergency maintenance; provided that, all such work is <br /> supervised or administered by a licensed electrician <br /> employed by such entity. "Installing" , as used herein, <br /> shall not apply to the construction of a new building or <br /> to the remodeling of an existing building, the cost of <br /> which remodeling exceeds 30% of the cost of a comparable <br /> new building. <br /> 4 . APPLICATION FEE. Any partnership, corporation or <br /> individual desiring a license as an Electrical Contractor in the <br /> City of Decatur shall make application for the same on an <br /> application prescribed and provided by the Community Development <br /> Inspections Division which shall be accompanied by payment fee of <br /> Fifty Dollars ($50. 00) . Applicants shall provide to the City of <br /> Decatur evidence of insurance with a policy of general liability <br /> with a combined single limit of not less than One Million Dollars <br /> ($1, 000, 000) for bodily injury and property damage. <br /> Any individual desiring a license as an Electrician shall <br /> make application for the same on an application prescribed and <br /> provided by the Community Development Inspections Division which <br /> application shall be accompanied by the payment of a <br /> non-refundable examination fee of Fifty Dollars ($50. 00) <br /> 5 .
