terms and procedures established by the City in applying for <br /> participation in its Adopt-A-Highway program. A,11 applications <br /> must be submitted to the director of the program on the forms <br /> provided by the director. <br /> Section 4. (A) The director shall have sole responsibility <br /> in determining whether an application is rejected or accepted. <br /> If an application is approved, the group coordinator and group <br /> president shall execute a written agreement provided by the City, <br /> said agreement to be substantially similar to the agreement a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and which <br /> agreement the director is hereby authorized to execute on behalf <br /> of the City. <br /> (B) All sections of highways to be adopted must be approved <br /> by the district office of the Illinois Department of <br /> Transportation. This shall be the responsibility of the <br /> director. <br /> Section 5.
