Chapter 34 <br /> U-Turn: The turning of any vehicle to the left within the <br /> boundaries of any street or intersection thereof for the purposes <br /> of proceeding in the direction opposite to which it was moving <br /> bef ore turning. <br /> Commercial Vehicle: A motor vehicle used by a person, cor- <br /> poration or other organization �rimarily for business. industrv <br /> and commerce. <br /> 2 . TRAFFIC AND PARKING CO1�iI88ION. There is hereby created <br /> a Traffic and Parking Commission consisting of nine members of <br /> which five such members shall be citizen members to serve without <br /> compensation and the remaining members shall be employees or of- <br /> ficers of the Citv repre�e�te�ive'-ef one from the Department of <br /> Public Works, �h�-�c�f�t�--�e�i-�r-i��-Bepar��efr�; one from the Fire <br /> Services Division, one from the Police Services Division, and one <br /> from the Department of Community Development Q�d--�2�ra��--�e <br /> e�np�eyee�-ef-the-eitY-ef-Beeett�r-Qnd-'Q�d-re'pee�tve-departx+en��. <br /> �n <br /> The five citizen members shall serve for a term of three years, <br /> and shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City <br /> Council.
