Chapter 34 <br /> 11. EMERGENCY SNOW ROIITEB. <br /> A. The City Manager or his authorized desicxnee may declare <br /> a snow emerctency when it is determined in the opinion of the <br /> declarer of the emergencv that new snow has accumulated in, on or <br /> alona any emergency snow route in the Citv to a depth of two or <br /> more inches, and further to declare such emergency to be ended <br /> when it is reasonably deemed the same has exhausted its puruose. <br /> B. The declaration of a snow emerctenc� shall be in writing <br /> signed by the declarer and shall be endorsed with the time and <br /> date thereof along with a statement of the manner, means and ex- <br /> tent the same was , or was attempted to be communicated to the <br /> media and the public, and which shall be filed as soon as prac- <br /> ticable with the City Clerk who is herebv authorized and directed <br /> to receive and preserve the same for public inspection for a <br /> period of time not less than two years, and bv the same manner <br /> and method the endina of such emergency shall be declared. <br /> C. When official signs are posted qivinq notice thereof, no <br /> person shall park or leave standinQ any vehicle in the roadwav of <br /> an emergency snow route in the City at anv time durinQ the neriod <br /> commencing six hours after a snow emergency has been declared and <br /> extendinq to the hour at which such emerQencv has been declared <br /> to be ended. <br />
