4 . Al1 signs shall be in accordance with applicable <br /> regulations set forth under Section XIX, Height <br /> and Area Exceptions and Modifications, as stated <br /> herein. <br /> SECTION VI. IDENTIFICATION SIGN REGULATIONS: The identification <br /> sign regulations are the same as those permitted <br /> herein under the R-1 Single Family Residence Dis- <br /> trict. <br /> SECTION VII. R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br /> E. IDENTIFICATION SIGN REGULATIONS: The identification <br /> sign regulations are the same as those permitted herein <br /> under the R-1 Single Family Residence District. <br /> SECTION VIII. R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br /> E. IDENTIFICATION SIGN REGULATI02•IS: The identification <br /> sign regulations are the same as those permitted herein <br /> under the R-1 Single Family Family Residence Dis- <br /> trict. <br /> SECTION IX. R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> E. IDENTIFICATION SIGN REGULATIONS: The identification <br /> sign regulations are the same as those permitted herein <br /> under the R-1 Single Family Residence District, <br /> and in addition thereto, the following identifica- <br /> tion siqn regulations shall apply: <br /> 1. Freestanding Signs: Those uses listed above in <br /> paragraphs B. 2, 3, 4 , 5, 7, 8 and 9 shall be per- <br /> mitted one permanent, free standing sign per mul- <br /> tifamily structure or per main building in the <br /> case of non-residential uses. Each sign shall be <br /> limited to 32 square feet in area or one half <br /> square foot per linear foot of lot frontage, <br /> whichever is greater, and a maximum height of ten <br /> feet. <br />
