Such sign may be illuminated but non-flashing <br /> if located a minimum of 25 feet from the side or <br /> rear lot line of any single family residence dis- <br /> trict. Otherwise, such non-illuminated sign must <br /> be located a minimum of five feet from a side or <br /> rear property line, and all such signs shall be <br /> located a minimum of five feet from a front <br /> property or street right-of-way line. <br /> 2. Wall Signs: Those uses listed above in paragraphs <br /> B. 2, 3, 4 , 5, 7, 8 and 9 shall be permitted a wall <br /> mounted sign not to exceed 25 square feet in area <br /> or ten percent of the face of the wall where dis- <br /> played, whichever is larger. Such sign may not <br /> extend above the top of the wall where displayed; <br /> it may be illuminated but non-flashing if located <br /> a minimum of 25 feet from the side or rear <br /> lot line of any single family residence district. <br /> 3 . All signs shall be in accordance with ap- <br /> plicable regulations set forth under Section XIX, <br /> Height and Area Exceptions and Modifications, as <br /> stated herein. <br /> SECTION X. O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT <br /> B. USE REGULATIONS: A building or premises shall be used <br /> only for the following purposes: <br /> 3 . Office or office building, clinic or studio, <br /> prescription pharmacy, medical laboratory, and <br /> hair stylist, beauty parlor, or barber shops , <br /> provided that such hair stylist, beauty parlor, or <br /> barber shop serves its clients by appointment <br /> only, where no commodities are sold except that of <br /> hair grooming products, and where such use is lo- <br /> cated within an office building, and takes up less <br /> than one-third of the total floor area of the <br /> whole building; and provided further that no <br /> building shall be constructed with, or altered to <br /> create a store front, show window or display win- <br /> dow; that there shall be no display from windows <br /> or doors and no storage of inerchandise in the <br /> building or on the premises; and that no machinery <br /> or equipment other than that customarily used in <br /> the above stated business and professional office <br /> uses shall be used or stored in the building or on <br /> the lot. <br />
