5. Location and size of sanitary sewers, storm <br /> sewer systems, water distribution systems, and <br /> location of fire hydrants <br /> 6. Lighting <br /> Following approval of a Planned Unit Development by the City <br /> Council, detailed construction drawings including data for all <br /> buildings, water main, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, fire <br /> hydrants, parking lots, recreation areas, landscaping, etc. , <br /> shall be submitted to and approved by the Director of Community <br /> Development and Director of Public Works prior to issuance of any <br /> building permits. Further, if applicable, provisions of the City <br /> of Decatur Subdivision Ordinance shall be adhered to prior to <br /> issuance of any building permits. <br /> Delay In Construction <br /> In the event that construction of the Planned Unit Development is <br /> not begun within two years of the date of approval by the City <br /> Council, such plan shall be considered null and void and all <br /> zoning classifications within such plan shall revert to the clas- <br /> sification or classifications existing immediately prior to ap- <br /> proval of the plan. <br /> If the City Council by majority vote approves the plan, <br /> building permits and certificates of occupany may be issued <br /> even though the use of land and the location and height of <br /> buildings to be erected in the area and the yards and open <br /> space contemplated by the plan do not conform in all <br /> respects to the district regulations of the district in <br /> which it is Iocated. <br />
