There axe 7 parking places east of the building which are shared with the St. James Credit Union and they have a letter from the Chief of Police atating they have permisaion to use three parking epaces in their lot which also is ad�acent to the property. They also have bids on asphalting the front to provide three parking spaces if neceesary. Mr. Goatley aaked how many clients could sleep there. Mr. Spannaus stated the new facility would sleep between 20-25. Mr. Brauer aaked if it would be both men and women. Mr. Spannaus atated that it would be for women and children. � Ms. Tuschhoff asked how many do they usually have per night. Mr. Spannaus stated they have from 10-15 per night now but with the new facility they expect to have from 19-20 on the average. Mr. Goatley asked how many parking spaces are needed for the Cetaff and clients. Mr. Spannaus stated that their clients uaually do not bring cars and there will be ample parking with the three allowed in the Police Department parking lot. No ob�ectore were preaent. Mr. McQueen presented the recommendation of ataff: To Mr. Spannaus: Relative to off-site parking agreement in 1975 between the Church and the Credit Union the exhibit was apparently not a matter of record. I had forwarded to me an addendum to the agreement which in effect would aerve for the purpose of the exhibit if the petitioner was able to consummate that agreement. Mr. Spannaus stated that the exhibit for the agreement, which was made in 1975 and recorded this year was lost, but had been reconstructed early this week. It has been dropped off at the Credit Union for signature but he has not heard from them as of this date. Ms. Tuschhoff asked Mr. McQueen if this made a difference Mr. McQueen stated that it would and recommende that the parking agreement be in full force at the time the petition goes to the �� City Council.
