After service is disconnected for nonpa,yment, reasonable <br /> late charges and collection fees may be added to the amozznt owed. <br /> If equipment is not returned b,y the customer after <br /> disconnection for nonpa,yment, the customer is Iiable for the <br /> equipment charge as stated on the "Converter Agreement" signed by <br /> t.he customer. <br /> Service ma,y also be disconnected if a customer's check is <br /> returned by the bank, after a one-week period is allotted for the <br /> customer to redeem the returned check. <br /> All applicable customer information is kept confidential <br /> according to the terms and conditions of federal and state laws; <br /> the attached "Privac,y Notice" is given to each new subscriber at <br /> the time service is in5talled; it is also mailed at prescribed <br /> times each year• to all subscribers. <br /> INSTALLATION/SL;RVICE PRt1CTICES <br /> Installation of cable service to a residential, industr•ial, <br /> or commercial address will be performed in timel3r manner, except <br /> in cases where ph,ysical location, weather conditions, or <br /> inaccessibili.ty prevent, timely installation. Installations are <br /> performed during regular business hours, and are scheduled at the <br /> convenience of the customer. <br /> UA technicians are available between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. <br /> everv day (including Holidays) to provide i•epair service for <br /> individual customer� with interrupted cable �ervice or <br /> substandard quality cable service; and for customers who have <br /> other difficulties receiving clear, uninterrupted cable <br /> television service. In addition, technicians are on call 24 <br /> hours a day, ever,y da,y, for major outages arid emergency service. <br /> The physical cable s,ystem is constructed to meet applicable <br /> FCC arid corporate technical standards. Periodic inspections are <br /> performed by an auditor ta ensure that the system continues to <br /> meet the highest quality standards. <br /> If service is interrupted for more than 24 continuous houx•s, <br /> a billing credit will be issued at the customer's request. <br />
