+ 1 • <br /> Supplemental Indenture, the Loan Agreement and the Bond <br /> Indenture from July 1, 1983 to October 1, 1983 , and <br /> changes in the dates of the Official Statement and the <br /> Purchase Contract from July l, 1983 to October 6, 1983 <br /> and to ratify, approve and confirm the sale of the <br /> Bonds in the amount of $17, 560, 000 as set out in the <br /> Purchase Contract . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l: That the Supplemental Indenture, the <br /> Loan Agreement and the Bond . Indenture ( as defined in <br /> the Bond Ordinance ) be dated as of October l, 1983 , <br /> instead of July l, 1983 as set forth in the Bond <br />' Ordinance. <br /> Section 2. That the Official Statement and the <br /> Purchase Contract ( both as defined in the Bond <br /> Ordinance ) be dated as of October 6, 1983 . The <br /> execution of the Official Statement and the Purchase <br /> Contract dated as of October 6, 1983 by the officials <br /> of the City executing the same be, and the same is <br /> hereby, in all respects ratified, approved and <br /> conf irmed. <br /> Section 3. That all of the other provisions of <br /> the Bond Ordinance are hereby reaffirmed and the <br /> consummation of the transaction contemplated by the <br /> Official Statement and the Purchase Contract ( as <br /> executed) is hereby declared to be in conformity with <br /> the provisions and purpose of the Bond Ordinance. <br /> Section 4 .
