Petitioner proposes to construct a surfaced <br /> customer parking lot over Lot 12 (except the east 107 feet) <br /> in said Block 15 (being the former Custom Interiors property) <br /> and the adjoining alley, including the 20-foot strip, so as <br /> to integrate the new parking area with the exisiting parking <br /> area to the north. <br /> 5. In preparing plans for the proposed new parking <br /> area Petitioner discovered that the 20-foot strip had not <br /> been vacated. <br /> 6 .
