or damage to property caused by the negligence of City <br /> or its employees . <br /> 10 . Operator shall , at Operator' s own� expense, defend <br /> all suits that may be brought against the City on account <br /> of,, or in connection with, or by reason of any damage or <br /> injury to Iife, limb , or property connected with, growing <br /> out of or caused by any act or omission to act of Operator <br /> or any employee of Operator in or about the operation of <br /> said facilities hereunder and shall save and keep harmless <br /> the City from any and all damages , judgments, costs and <br /> expenses of every kind that may arise or result by reason <br /> of the negligence of Operator or the employee of Operator <br /> by zeason of, growing out of, or connected with the operation <br /> of said facilities and the carrying out of the terms and <br /> provisions of this agreement. <br /> 11 .
