from time to time cause the books and records of the Company <br /> to be inspected or examined in so far as the same appertain <br /> to the gross receipts of the Company arising from the <br /> existence and operation of said system within the City. <br /> Section 6 . That the Company shall furnish the City with <br /> a bond in the amount of $500 ,000 . 00 in such form and with such <br /> surety as may be approved by the Corporation Counsel of the <br /> City conditioned upon the faithful and substantial performance <br /> by the Company of all obligations by the Company to be performed <br /> under the provisions of this Ordinance and any amendments <br /> thereof or thereto; upon the payment of any liguidated damages <br /> in this Ordinance provided; and upon the prompt removal from <br /> public property, easements and ways of all equipment, cable, <br /> wire, poles and other property and things of the Company upon <br /> the termination of the right, permission, privilege and authority <br /> by this Ordinance granted, or any extension thereof. <br /> Section 7 . That the Company shall furnish the City with <br /> written evidence of a contract or contracts of insurance with <br /> a reliable company or companies authorized to do business in the <br /> State of Illinois by which contracts both the Company and the <br /> City are insured against any claim, demand or loss for injury <br /> to persons or damage to property resulting from, growing out <br /> of, or connected with the construction, operation or maintenance <br /> of said system within the City, which said contracts of insurance <br /> shall have limits in amounts not less than $500 ,000 for personal <br />
