. , ? , <br /> injury and $100 , 000 for property damage per occurrence except <br /> that this obligation shall not require the company to furnish <br /> insurance against injury to persons or damages to property <br /> caused by the negligence of the City or its employees . <br /> Section 8 . That the Company shall permit the City <br /> without charge to use any and all poles, towers, and conduits <br /> of the Company, but the use thereof by the City shall be in <br /> such manner as not to interfere with the use, or efficiency <br /> thereof, by the Company and provided that the City use thereof <br /> shall be in accord with the recognized standards of safety <br /> applicable to the use and manner of use thereof being made <br /> by the City. <br /> Section 9 . That when so requested by the City the <br /> Company shall furnish and maintain without charge to the City <br /> one audio channel to be used by it for communication between <br /> such municipal buildings and installations as it may designate <br /> from time to time and shall permit and maintain without charge <br /> capacity within said system for, and permit the City to use the <br /> same, to transport signals to regulate traffic control devices <br /> within the City, provided that the City shall furnish and <br /> maintain any specialized equipment needed to so use said system <br /> and shall reimburse the Company for its actual direct construction <br /> costs , if any, to access such traffic control devices to said system. <br />
