Section 14 . That the Company shall not engage in <br /> the business of renting, repairing, selling or installing <br /> television devices , or sets, antennae , radios , or other ', <br /> electronic devices for the reception of electronic signals ��, <br /> except those required by the system; shall not favor or recommend <br /> any person, firm or corporation engaged in the renting, repairing, <br /> selling, and installing of television devices or sets , antennae, <br /> radios, or similar things ; shall not install equipment for the <br /> reception of its services in exchange for removal of then <br /> existing television or radio installations or any part thereof; <br /> shall discourage others from so doing; and, to accomplish this <br /> purpose, shall include within its rules and enforce by denial <br /> of service, or otherwise, provisions with regard to such practices . <br /> Section 15. That the Company shall so operate said <br /> system as to not interfere with the direct broadcast or reception <br /> of other signals, whether television, radio or otherwise, or <br /> with the transmission of telephone or telegraph signals, or with <br /> the distribution of electric or electronic signals or energy <br /> by others whether by air, wire, cable, conduit or otherwise. <br /> Section 16 . That the Company in the construction, operation <br /> and maintenance of said system shall conform with the minimum <br /> specifications set out in that certain document filed with the <br /> City Clerk entitled "Cable Television Systems Minimum Specifications , " <br /> and with any changes therein which may be mutually agreed upon <br /> from time to time to reflect improvements in the art. <br />
