Section 14 . That the Company shall not engage in the business of renting, repairing, selling or installing television devices , or sets, antennae , radios , or other ', electronic devices for the reception of electronic signals ��, except those required by the system; shall not favor or recommend any person, firm or corporation engaged in the renting, repairing, selling, and installing of television devices or sets , antennae, radios, or similar things ; shall not install equipment for the reception of its services in exchange for removal of then existing television or radio installations or any part thereof; shall discourage others from so doing; and, to accomplish this purpose, shall include within its rules and enforce by denial of service, or otherwise, provisions with regard to such practices . Section 15. That the Company shall so operate said system as to not interfere with the direct broadcast or reception of other signals, whether television, radio or otherwise, or with the transmission of telephone or telegraph signals, or with the distribution of electric or electronic signals or energy by others whether by air, wire, cable, conduit or otherwise. Section 16 . That the Company in the construction, operation and maintenance of said system shall conform with the minimum specifications set out in that certain document filed with the City Clerk entitled "Cable Television Systems Minimum Specifications , " and with any changes therein which may be mutually agreed upon from time to time to reflect improvements in the art.
