� Section l. That the above described portion of street be, <br /> and the same is hereby, vacated as a public street effective <br /> and upon the exceptions and conditions hereinafter provided, inasmuch <br /> as the same is no longer required for public use and the public interest <br /> will be subserved by such vacation, said portion of street being <br /> shown on the plat thereof hereto attached and hereby made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> Section 2 . That there is hereby reserved in, over, along <br /> and under the above described portion of street, to the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois , and to the public and to those utilities <br /> and companies as the case may be owning public service facilities, <br /> mains, sewers , telephone and electrical or other public utilities , <br /> such property, rights-of-way and easements as are or may be <br /> necessary or desirable for continuing public service by means of <br /> such facilities and for the maintenance, renewal, and reconstruction <br /> thereof with the right to ingress and egress for such purposE�. <br /> Section 3 . That the benefits which will accrue to the owners <br /> of abutting property by reason of the vacation aforesaid is determined <br /> to be, in the judgment of the Council , equal to the sum of <br /> Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7 ,500 . 00) . <br /> Section 4 .
