. ` , _i . ' -3- All roadways will be restored by thorough compaction of all trench material, grading of all depressions and bumps and the application and cover and seal cots as specified . This work shall be done under the supervision of the engineers . SECTION 6 ; The said sanita�y sewer system shall be constructed in its entirety and strict accordance with the said "Exhibit 2" and also in strict accordance with the detailed specifications marked "Exhibit 3" attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference . SECTION 7: The several parts of this Ordinance, the Exhibits , and the Specifications shall be taken and construed together to explain each other and make the whole �consistent . SECTION 8: The grades for said sewers shall be according to the grades and elevations set forth on the profiles , plans , drawings and Exhibits hereto attached , all elevations being computed to the datum established by the United States Geological Survey . For reference, the north rim of the existing manhole located on the south line of Lot 30 of Broadmoor Place Second, and as shown on sheet number 4 of "Exhibit 2" , has an elevation of 612 . 68 feet above mean sea level (U . S .G . S , datum) and the detailed plans marked "Exhibit 2" have additional references thereon as to elevations . SECTION 9 : BE IT FURTHER �RDAINED that the cost of said improvement, including engineering costs for planning, construction supervision , and resident inspection ; court costs , attorneys '� fees , the cost of spreading the Assessment Roll ; right-of-way costs and all ' other expenses , shall be paid for by Special Assessment upon the property benefited as provided by law, and that the estimate costs of said improvEment , certified over the signature of the President of the Board of Local Improvements , and presented to this Board herewith and attached hereto, is made a part hereof by reference and is hereby approved in order to be transcribed in the records of this Board . SECTION 10 : BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that permanent eas�ments for construction, laying� maintenance , operation and repair of said sewer system, including replacements , reconstruction thereof or improvements thereto across private property , together with manholes as shown on the plans and Exhibits , shall be acquired in the manner required by law over and across the following described property :
