Traific survey report by engineers with recognized <br /> expertise showing: <br /> a. The effect of the proposed shopping center on <br /> the nearby and adjacent street system. <br /> b. Estimated traffic volume generated by proposed <br /> shopping center - peak and off-peaic nours. <br /> 3. Such additional reasonable provisions as to land- <br /> scaping, lighting, signs or other advetising devices, <br /> screening, access ways and building setbacks <br />► <br />
