77-94 PROVIDING FOR THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SYSTEM OF SANITARY SEWERS KNOWN AS CRESTWOOD SPECIAL ASSESSMENT SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT

- . . � -3- � � SECTION 6 : The said saaitary sewer system shall be construed in its entirety and strict accordance with the said "Exhibit 2" and also in strict accordance with the detailed specifications marked � "Exhibit 3" attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference . SECTION 7: The several parts -of this Ordinance, the Exhibits , and the Specifications shall be taken and construed together to explain each other and make the whole consistent. SECTION 8: The grades for said sewers s.hall be according to the grades and elevations set forth on the profiles , plans , drawings , . and Exhibits hereto attached, all elevations being computed to the datum established by the United States Geological Survey . For reference, the "T" in the word "Tenn. " on the fire hydrant lacated at the Northwest Corner of Oxford and Franklin Street has an elevation of 705 .02 feet above mean sea level, and the "T" in the word "Tenn. " on the fire hydrant located at the Northwest corner of Grove and Franklin Street has an elevation of 692 .�5 feet above mean sea level (U.S .G.S . datum) , and the detailed plans marked "Eghibit 2" have additional references therein as to elevations . I� SECTION 9 : BE IT FURTHER QRDAINED that the o c st of said improvement, including engineering costs for planning, construction supervision, and resident inspection; court costs , attorneys' fees, the cost of spreading the Assessment Roll ; right-of-waq costs and all other eapenses, shall be paid for by Special Assessment upon the propertq benefited as provided by law, and that the estimate costs of said improvement, certified over the signature of the President of the Board of Local Improvements , and presented to this Board herewith and attached hereto , is made a part hereof by reference and is hereby approved in order to be transcribed in the records of this Board . SECTION 10 : BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that permanent easements for construction, laying maintenance, operation and repair of said sewer system, including replacements, reconstruction thereof or improvements thereto across private property, together with manholes as shown on the plans and Exhibits , shall be acquired in the manner required by law over and across the following described property:
