SECTION 11: BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the recommendations for said improvement by the Board of ,Local Improvements of the City of Decatur , Illinois , together with the itemized estimate of the costs of such_ improvement, both prepared and presented to the Council of said Citq with this Ordinance as provided by law, and hereto attached, be and - the same are hereby agprowed . _ SECTION 12: BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that said improvement _ shall be made and just compensation for easements to be acquired shall be ascertained, and the whole cost of said improvement, including the �ust compensation to be made for private property to be taken for said improvement and the cost of said improvement, being the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Eleven Dollars and Sixty- art hereof wn b he Estimate made a , One Cents ($122 711 .61) , as sha y t P � including the sum of Six Thousand Two Hundred Fiftq-One Dollars For.ty- Six Cents ($6 , 251 .46)_ , being the amount included in the Estimate as the cost of making, levying and collecting the assessment herein, be paid for by special assessment to be levied upon the properties specially benefited by such improvement to the amount that the same may be legally assessed therefor , in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 24, Illiaois Revised Statutes, Article 9 , entitled, "Local Improvements . " SECTION 13: BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the aggregate assessment, and also each individual assessment and the assessment against the Municipality for public benefits , shall be divided into ten annual installments in the manner provided by Statute . Each installment, except the first , shall be the amount of $100 .00 or some multiple thereof, and each of said installments shall bear interest at the rate of seven percent ( 7�) per annum, payable annually , according to law, until paid .
