3 <br /> shall become effective on such date as may be stipulated by City, <br /> which said date shall be not less than fourteen (14) days from the <br /> date notice is given by City to Operator, and Operator shall not <br /> germit any vehicle to be parked without fee or at a reduced fee at <br /> any facility. <br /> 6. Operator shall daily d�posit in a bank, or in banks, <br /> d�signated by the City all monies collected under the provisions <br /> hereof, which said monies from the time they are first collected <br /> by the respective attendants are, and shall continue to be the pro- <br /> perty of the City, and shall keep such daily and other periodic re- <br /> cords as City may direct and shall transmit the same to City in the <br /> �saanner and form designated �by City -and shall 1Feep and pr�serve, or .��I <br /> if direc�ed by City shall deliver to City, such tickets, receipts or <br /> other documenl:s or instxuments as City may direct to substantiate the <br /> records, books, and accounts o�f Operator to be kept by Operator under <br /> the terms hereof, and shall permit City, through such personnel as it <br />_ may authorize, to examine and audit said records, books, and accounts <br /> at any and all reasanable times as City may elect, and Operator shall <br /> reimburse the City for any shortage or loss or overcharge that rnay be <br /> disclosed by such audit or examination. <br /> 7. Operatox shall furnish City a bond, in such amount and <br /> with such corpox.ate suxety as may be approved by City, indemnifying <br /> City against any dishonesty, defalication, or shortage caused by Oper- <br />� ato r or any employee of Operator either individually or otherwiCe. <br />
