y ' . <br /> 3 <br /> 12. 2he Building Official shall act upon all applications <br /> within a reasonable time and in case of disapproval of an appli- <br /> cation, the Building Official if so requested shall report his <br /> reasons for the same in writing to the applicant. The Building <br /> Official may issue a temporary permit for the commencement of con- <br /> struction or other work before a11 mechanical plans and all de- <br /> tailed construction documen�cs have been submitted; provided, that <br /> reasonably adequate plans for the commencement of work have been <br /> presented and approved; and provided further, such temporaxy per- <br /> mit is limited to the work for which plans have been received and <br /> approved. <br /> 13. Upon approval of plans and specifications the Building <br /> Official shall issue a permit for the prosecution of the wr�rk, a <br /> copy of ��ich permit shall be prominently displayed so as to be <br /> visible from a street at the construction site at �11 times until <br /> the completion of the vaork. <br /> 14. An approVed copy of the plans and specifications for the <br /> c�rork shall be kept on the premises at all times until the w�ork is <br /> completed. <br /> 15. During the course of the work, survey pins showing the <br /> limits of the construction site shall be so maintained as to be <br /> readily seen. <br /> 16. Permits hereunder may be revoked and the v��ork permitted <br /> thereby stopped by the Building Ofiicial at any time it is discover- <br /> ed a false statement or misrepresentation as to a material fact has <br /> been made in the applicatian for such permit, or in the plans and <br /> specifications connected therewith, or upon failure to follow, or <br /> deviation from, the approved plans and specifications, or from the <br /> requirements of th is orc3inance. The stop order may be in writin g <br /> directed to tne owner, lessee, architect, engineer or builder or the <br /> agent of any of them, or may be by notice posted at the construction <br /> site. <br /> 17. �-+Iork shall be commenced within ninety days a:Eter the date <br /> a pe rmit is issued, failing which th e pe rmit sha ll be void. Work <br /> under the permit shall bE prosecuted without unreasonable delay and <br /> i� suspended for a period of ninety days without permission of the <br /> Building Official the permit shall expire . <br />
