y ' . 3 12. 2he Building Official shall act upon all applications within a reasonable time and in case of disapproval of an appli- cation, the Building Official if so requested shall report his reasons for the same in writing to the applicant. The Building Official may issue a temporary permit for the commencement of con- struction or other work before a11 mechanical plans and all de- tailed construction documen�cs have been submitted; provided, that reasonably adequate plans for the commencement of work have been presented and approved; and provided further, such temporaxy per- mit is limited to the work for which plans have been received and approved. 13. Upon approval of plans and specifications the Building Official shall issue a permit for the prosecution of the wr�rk, a copy of ��ich permit shall be prominently displayed so as to be visible from a street at the construction site at �11 times until the completion of the vaork. 14. An approVed copy of the plans and specifications for the c�rork shall be kept on the premises at all times until the w�ork is completed. 15. During the course of the work, survey pins showing the limits of the construction site shall be so maintained as to be readily seen. 16. Permits hereunder may be revoked and the v��ork permitted thereby stopped by the Building Ofiicial at any time it is discover- ed a false statement or misrepresentation as to a material fact has been made in the applicatian for such permit, or in the plans and specifications connected therewith, or upon failure to follow, or deviation from, the approved plans and specifications, or from the requirements of th is orc3inance. The stop order may be in writin g directed to tne owner, lessee, architect, engineer or builder or the agent of any of them, or may be by notice posted at the construction site. 17. �-+Iork shall be commenced within ninety days a:Eter the date a pe rmit is issued, failing which th e pe rmit sha ll be void. Work under the permit shall bE prosecuted without unreasonable delay and i� suspended for a period of ninety days without permission of the Building Official the permit shall expire .
