.��,� ' �, . -.. 2 for one person, and $300,000 for any number of persons in any one occurrence, and for property damage not less than $50,000 for any one occurrence, which said insurance coverage shall be evidenced by a certificate of insurance filed with the City C1erk and �ich shall provide that the coverage evidenced there- by shall not be altered or cancelled unless and until 10 days notice thereof has been received by said Clerk. At any time said insurance coverage is not kept currently in force, said registration shall terminate. Section 14. The rules and regulations, requirements, standards and provisions of the National Electrical Code, 1971, being NFPA No. 70-HC ANSI GI-1971 are, pursuant to statute, adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein and the BOCA Basic Buildi.ng Code/1970 Fifth Edition of the Building Officials and Code Administrators InteYnational, Inc., and the O�de for the Installation of Heat Producing Appliances, Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning, Blower and Exhaust Systems, Edition 1967 of the American Insurance Association, insofar as the provisi�r�s of each of said codes may be applicable to the installatio n or alteration of elec- trical equipment for the utilization of electxicity for light, heat, or power are also so adopted by reference. � � � Section 21. Before a permit is issued, the fee for the same computed as follows shall be paid: a. For installing a new service in or rewiring an existing residence, $8.50; . , For installing equipment in a new residence, de- pending upon the capacity of the service: 100 amperes, $15.00; 101 through 225 amperes, $22.00; 226 amperes an d over, $28.00; b. For rewiring existing commercial or industrial structures or installing ne w service therein, depending upon the capacity of the sexvice: 100 amperes, $17.50; 101 through 225 amperes, $30.00; 22b amperes through 400 amperes, $37.50; over 400 amperes, $37.50 plus $6.00 for each 200 amperes or part thereof over 400 amperes; c. For installing electrical equipment in ne w com- mercial or industrial structures, a total fee computed by adding together the appropriate amounts for service, fix- tures, branch circuits, special equipment and motors deter- mined as follows:
