` � ; ; <br /> - Chapter 68 <br /> Page 2 <br /> (b) If the sewer to which connec*.ion is to be made was <br /> constructed as part of a project of a special assessment dis� <br /> trict, and the premises to be served by the connection were <br /> either not assessed or were asses�ed to an extent less than other <br /> premises in the district which vaere fully assessed, the connection <br /> charge shall be the difference between the a�ount the premises <br /> w�exe assessed, if any, and the amount the premises would have been <br /> assessed as a part of said district for a benefit equal to that pro- <br /> vided by the connection to be made ; <br /> , (c) If the sewer to which connection is to be made was not <br /> constzucted as a part of a project of a special assessraent dis- <br /> trict, and evidence is sub�nitted to shovv either, that it was agreed <br /> for adequate consideration by those who paid the cost of construc- <br /> tion that no connect ion charge or cnn tri but ion torarard such cost <br /> would be required with regard to the pre;nises to be served by such <br /> connection, or that contribution toward the cost of construction was <br /> made with regard to the premises to be served by such c onnection, no <br /> additional. charge shall be required; <br /> � (d) If the sewer to which connection is to be made is not with- <br /> in the provisions of subsections (a�), (b) or (c) of this section, <br /> the amount of the connection charge sha11 be determined by applying <br /> customarily accepted engineering concepts and practices to the facts <br /> concerning said connection which may inc.lude consi�eration of any or <br /> all of the following: the siae, original cost, replacement cost or <br />
