IDOT(Project Manual,pg.92& Exhibit) ' It was noted that the IDOT permit may need to be modified depending on the Contractor's plan of construction. B. Norfolk Southern(Project Manual, pg.92&Exhibits) 1. There are TWO permits for the railroad—one for each sewer. It was noted that there is an allotment built in to the pay item list to cover expenses associated with the railroad. VII. Millikin University(Project Manual. pp. 93-94) It was noted that the various dates shown in the Special Condition for Millikin University are only for the 2017 calendar year, and that the schedule would be updated far 2018 if necessary. GC-19, Documentation of Existing Conditions(pg. 68) It was noted that documentation of existing conditions should be performed not only where work is going to be ' done, but also along travel routes to and from the actual work areas.
