i <br /> (L) Between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021, the Employer reserves the right, upon <br /> written notice to the Union, to re-open and renegotiate financial and economic provisions <br /> of the Agreement only, including, but not limited to Articles XXI and XXIV, unless the <br /> parties mutually agree to re-open other non-financial and economic provisions. If <br /> Employer re-opens any financial or economic provision of this Agreement prior to <br /> December 31, 2021 and the parties do not reach mutual agreement on such re-opened <br /> financial or economic provisions this Agreement shall terminate upon Employer providing <br /> ninety(90) day notice to the Union. <br /> ARTICLE XXV <br /> LONGEVITY PAY <br /> (A) All employees who have been employed for two (2)or more years will be eligible for <br /> Longevity Pay. Longevity Pay will be calculated on the basis of credits accumulated <br /> according to the following schedule: <br /> Full-Time Part-Time <br /> Employees with 24 credit $150/yr. $75/yr. <br /> Employees with 25 to 59 credits $250/yr. $125/yr. <br /> Employees with 60 to 89 credits $350/yr. $175/yr <br /> Employees with 90 to 119 credits $450/yr. $225/yr <br /> Employees with 120 to 149 credits $550/yr. $275/yr. <br /> Employees with 150 to 179 credits $650/yr. $325/yr. <br /> Employees with 180 to 209 credits $750/yr. $375/yr. <br /> Employees with 210 or more credits $850/yr. $425/yr. <br /> Employees will earn one credit for each month of service. Longevity Pay will be <br /> determined annually on the date of hiring and paid pro rata biweekly. <br /> ARTICLE XXVI <br /> NO STRIKE/NO LOCKOUT <br /> Section 1. Strike and Lockout Prohibited <br /> During the term of this Agreement, there shall be no strikes, work stoppages, or <br /> slowdowns. No officer or representative ofthe Union shall authorize, institute, aid or condone any <br /> such activities. The Employer shall not lockout employees during the term ofthis Agreement. <br /> Section 2. Union Action <br /> Upon notification by the Library to the Union that certain employees are engaged in a <br /> violation of this provision, the Union agrees to take action to secure the employees' return to work <br /> as promptly as possible. <br /> ARTICLE XXVII <br /> Page 26 of 29 <br />
